Issues with MyView

I can sign into the MyView portal with what I'm assuming are my newly created MOL credentials, but all I get is a message saying I do not have permission to access MyView. I'm trying to get a legit copy of CPS 16, so is this a case like I've seen elsewhere, that I need to contact them directly and get something set up properly?

I would appreciate any guidance in this; I'm rather new with all of this.

Contact Moto customer service. THEY can help you. WE can not. Other than to tell you to contact them.

Not sure if it's related, but I have been unable to log in all day. The website to contact them is broken for me, it's saying it can't find my user id (which pre-date MyView considerably). Who knows? Going to have to wait until Monday to contact them by phone.

I have had a lot of issues with MOL the last week sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, wonder if the same IT makes the APX Firmware

If he's looking for TRBO 16, it's there. Not everyone with an account is looking only for APX CPS.

I was finally able to get MOTOTRBO CPS added to MyView. Opened a case, they told me what to do and it actually worked...

"Hello good afternoon,

We have received your case regarding MOTOTRBO CPS. This software is ordered through the shop website.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Login to shop.motorolasolutions.com using your email.

2. Search for HKVN4362A

3. Click "add to cart"

4. Place an order for the item referenced above.


After placing the order there will be an order processing time and then you will receive an email notifying you that the item is ready for download. You will be able to download the TRBO CPS on MyView (myview.motorolasolutions.com). We have verified that you already have access to MyView. Please note, HKVN4362A is a $0 order."

This added all TRBO CPS that's available, even 16.
