If you take a look at the database you'll see police are here and fully encrypted (TGID 30542), no receiver can monitor them
Fire is in the clear, TGID 30546. I'd assume the PD & FD talkgroups on the DMR system are deprecated (no longer in use). Looks like public works is still on the DMR system since I'm not seeing any talkgroups for them anywhere else...

I see PD and FD listed on both the DMR and TACN systems, that's why I was inquiring as to which one they actually used.

Yeah I figured that was true as there'd be no reason to still have talkgroups "in the clear" for the same agency(ies) & purpose(s) on one system (DMR) but encrypted on another (P25). That was the giveaway for me
