In case anyone is interested, JPS Communications has authored and published what is promoted as a basic "how to" guide for interoperability.

While I have not read it, I have attached here for any who are interested.

i love how in the diagrams they call them "interoperability device" instead of JPS-1000 boxes hehe

good primer tho, especially for all those non-tech supervisors
