About two or three weeks ago a new tower went up near Eola Rd. along I88, on the North side of I88. Although this is technically in very Western DuPage Co., I was wondering if this could be the new Kane Co. site. My close call went off as I drove by on Monday morning and I heard what sounded like P25 digital noise. I only had a BCT-15 turned on at the time. It also corresponds with the Kane Co.’s site frequencies becoming active again. Does anyone have the 411 on this?
