Does anyone know of any stores in NE Kansas that would sell antennas? I'm looking for an 800mhz, dual band, and a nicer scanner antenna for the trunk (radio shack doesn't cut it really). I want to see them in person because my vehicle has a trunk that makes mounting unpleasant, so I want to try before I buy.

Associated Radio...
The only store that I know of in this area is Associated Radio in Overland Park, KS...(part of Kansas City). They have a good selection of gear, books, etc... They usually have a display at the HamFests in the NE KS area too.. The link is.... Associated Radio
Their address is 8012 Conser, Overland Park. Conser is about 4-5 blocks west of Metcalf and runs north and south. I think turning west at the 'StageCoach' on Metcalf might be the most direct way..
