Hi everyone long time no post here. I am seeking info on Keansburg police as I have heard on a few occasions for patrols to switch to "Ch 13". Then there is radio silence for a few minutes and they come back down to dispatch.
Anyone with the info, Thank you in advance!

I had no idea they had a private channel. You just gave me a new project for next week. Maybe its another illegal frequency.
And welcome back Dave.

Try 155.7750 pl154.4 I have received them on this frequency for years . I receive them on that freq and 154.8300 pl 151.4 at the same time .I get them on both frequencies at once on two of my radios. One frequency on 1 scanner and 1 frequency on the other scanner with the same messages. Even my car radio picks it up . Let me know if you find out something.
thanks

I think you mean PL 151.4. As for you getting them on both frequencies, I think that may be what I believe is called bleed over. I know it can happen going from a lower frequency to a higher frequency when they are close together but I don't know if it works in the reverse. I get Middletown FD/EMS dispatch 154.295 PL 151.4 on 154.3025, which I have in CSQ. Maybe Tech792 or someone can elaborate on and verify this.

the 155.775 is Kburg's non-licensed input to their non-licensed repeater on 154.83. Its been in operation for the past 2-3 years.

Again only in NJ. A private repeater that is unlicensed. Just amazing. Rather then license it and encrypt it they do it the NJ way.

What makes you say they are not licensed, I remember seeing them listed for 154.8300 on the fcc site, while searching frequencies a while back.
