By Lionville Fire Company November 6, 2010 At 4:30pm, Engine 47-2 and Engine 47-5 was alerted to assist Kimberton (61) on the first alarm house fire assignment. Chief 61 arrived with smoke showing from the attic and assume "Western Road Command".

Engine 61-1 and Engine 47-2 (FF B. Edwards) arrived together, splitting assignments. Engine 61-1 stretched an attack line while Engine 47-2 dropped a supply line. While 61's crew was searching for the seat of the fire, the crew from Engine 47-2 laddered the second floor windows before being assigned to open walls on the interior for the engine company. The crew from Engine 47-5 (FF Solomon) assisted with overhaul.

The cause of the fire was due to the chimney flu separating.
