At one time I had the frequencies for Kisatchie National Forest but thru the years they have become lost. I would not normally pay close attention but their "wilderness area" has had several major national class fires and will continue to have them. (I do not need to get on my soapbox about policy here.)
Does anyone have their normal frequencies and perhaps the Southern Region's major incident frequencies? Strange neither is in the database that I can find. (BTW I am talking about NFS not state it is in the data base) At one time they were vhf high band repeaters and I sort of doubt they are LWIN or other UHF due to the terrain and UHF absorbtion by pines to further complicate but who knows with the federal system.
