KSU Salina Polytechnic Security was active on 856.7125 for several years, but I haven't heard them for a long time. Like maybe 2 years.

It's possible they stopped using their radios, even though their license is still good for another year. I am unable to find anything in the KSICS system or elsewhere for them. Nothing listed in the KSU category for Salina either.
That was my result also, after searching all over.
I frequently run my KSICS Wildcard search while scanning, and it has never appeared there either.
