LA County Fire Blue 3 - weak carrier ?

Is anyone else hearing a weak, unmodulated carrier on Blue 3 (470.6125) ? It's intermittent, but it's on enough to be annoying.

Nor here in Ventura city where Blue 3 is its usual 2-3 bars.

Nothing here in Glendale. Check any LED lights you might have. I'll get occasional carriers on Blue 1 from some undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. It totally wipes out CHP as well.
