LAFD Med Car 1?

Hey, so I'm currently listening to Los Angeles City Fire Live Audio Feed and heard someone broadcast "Show Med Car 1 and Cycle Team 1 available".

Anyone have any ideas what LAFD Med Car 1 could be? I've done a quick Google search but haven't had any luck.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you!

Maybe they are saying Med CART …. It’s like golf cart med unit .
saw a video on YouTube of Med Cart 3 .
