Lake County DMR Programming Help

Does there happen to be anyone in the Lake county area that would be willing to help me with correctly programming DMR for the area in my SDS100?

I have programed DMR using Sentinel and the DMR Frequency website making favorite lists and such, but am still hearing nothing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
