Lakewood police channel 2

Lakewood police channel 2 (unencrypted) is now being utilized for they're unit 'unit-20' dispatch.
Unit 20 is the local police departments towing service.

Lakewood PD has had a weird game of musical chairs with their channels. Before Channels 1 & 3 went encrypted, they would rotate dispatch among channels 1 & 2 often, but randomly. Then around 2016 they programmed channels 1 & 3 for encryption, and left channel 2 clear. Dispatch and units use it often for many uses, but good to know the official assignment now. Thanks!
