Quite the bust last night:
Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden announced today that the Criminal Impact Unit executed a search warrant on February 8, 2007 at 9:10 PM at 3628 N. Taft Hill Road.
Evidence seized:
1. Over 100 pounds of live and processed marijuana
2. 247 live plants (190 Mature) with street value $266,000
3. 3.25 pounds high grade/finished product with street value $18,550
4. One pound hash/concentrate with street value of $7,000
5. Small amount of methamphetamine, mushrooms, and unidentified pills
6. Grow lights and other equipment used to cultivate marijuana
7. Estimated $18,910 cash
Larry Berresford of Fort Collins, 8/11/63, was booked on the following charges:
Marijuana cultivation, Felony 3
Possession of concentrated marijuana, Felony 3
Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Felony 3
Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance, Felony 2
Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony 2
Possession of a weapon by a previous offender, Felony 5
Special offender, over 100 pounds of marijuana, enhancement
Bail for Berresford has been set at $75,000, cash/property/surety.
Patrick Rollins of Silverthorne, 8/26/80, and Jediah Hammons of Fort Collins were booked on the following charges:
Marijuana Cultivation, Felony 4
Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Felony 4
Possession of concentrated marijuana, Felony 4
Special offender, over 100 pounds of marijuana, enhancement
Bail for Rollins and Hammons has been set at $50,000, cash property or surety.
