I know it's a fairly old program by now, but what is
the latest version that is available for Yand ?

For those that don't know, YAND is Yet Another NAVTEX Decoder.

I see a version 7 on the NDBlist website, and I also see the author has passed away, so I suspect that would be the last version. However likely your best bet to find a newer version would be the Navtex DXing group on groups.io. The link can be found here
