Wich is better to use when programing KHP, law Tac or Law Talk ?

I usually just go right down the list and if it's a tac channel I tag it as such.

When I program KHP it shows / Law Dispatch, law talk, Law Tac. The last 2 i was not sure which one is better to use, Tac or Talk.

Law talk you will probably hear more traffic, whereas the law tac may be used for pursuits or something of that sort.
