Truer words were never spoken. I can't remember the system, but last week it was reported ??? PD went encrypted...next day they were back to analog. and the reports went like that for a couple of days. Don't envy the poor DB admin.

Since the system upgrade and encryption in early October, the Comanche County system has had and is having numerous problems with Fire tones not going off at the stations and different users in the field not being able to hear each other.
This is involving different talkgroups being unusable while the radio techs work on them. This seems to happen nearly every day.
