They use multiple talkgroups on the CT Statewide system, CLMRN. It is patched to the VHF channels so there are VHF radios and 800 MHz radios on the same network.
There are no 800Mhz frequencies. There are LCD TGIDs that are listed in the CLMRN RR Database. Works great here in New Milford. I hear both sides of the transmission clearly !!!
LCD is on CLMRN. I believe the sites you can hear them on are Troop B, Troop L, Troop A snd Troop H ... I could be wrong and if I am, I am sure someone will correct me.

CLMRN is a 700mhz and 800mhz system, but I believe what is being said here is that there no 800mhz frequency you can tune into. You need to program in the CLMRN system and listen to the trunked system to monitor LCD.
