I have noticed during the last few afternoons lots of "testing 1-2-3-4-5", and also chatter about the radio system not working, and further, chatter about base units temporarily offline (CCPD and CCFD).
Anyone have the scoop on what is going on? Is it just repairs, or are they getting ready to upgrade to the new system?
