I think they are still dispatched by NYSP Troop K in Somers, base to car is 155.505 in CSQ...car to base is 154.920 PL 110.9 Troopwide and 167.9 for Zone 3 cars (I've found in Troop F not all the cars have been reprogramed to the specific Zone PL, so you may want to try both PL's). Cars are 7K340-7K346.
They also have a repeater on 151.190R DPL 162 (input 159.420) and use 155.250 PL 162.2 and 155.430 PL 162.2 in simplex.
