Anyone know the frequencies used by the Liberty State Park rangers?

Try NJDEP Ch. 4 and 5. Ch. 3 for the Park Police.

Liberty State Park

Parks freq. of 159.4650; DEP Main of 151.1900; DEP Simplex of 159.3000 - all tones 179.9 Hz. They also have MDT capability with Jersey City PD, and various inter-op channels with other nearby agencies, of which I don't recall at this point.

I have heard them on SPEN1 so it's probable they have all four SPEN CHANNELS too!!

Yes, all State Park PD units have all four SPEN channels in them - base, mobile, and portable - statewide.
