It says you're a premium subscriber so it should be working. You're logged in OK to the forums. In your scanner programming software you should add your username and password to the RR download dialog so it can get new/updated frequencies.

Wow Kewl Bob thank you!!! Now all I have to do is figure how to turn off e-mail alerts and program my scarrner using the software!! Eventually I'll get it!!!
