anyone know what lifeflight network llc helicopters freqs they use be seeing them alot in olympia area

If you mean Airlift Northwest they are on 155.2950(Primary) P25 NAC 293 also I hear them on MED-COM 1 463.0000 MHz. They will be moving the new WSDOT P2 Radio System later this year.

here in Spokane, WA i can hear LifeFlight on 462.975

They are under Northwest Medstar still, I believe. They use a local repeater in central WA of 463.175. Here is the FCC license info.

Aviation frequencies for communicating with ATC and other aircraft. Established local hospital and EMS frequencies for communicating with those folks. Dispatch communication in that area is not by radio.
