Are there any voice tx for the frequencies for the Limerick nuclear plant? I.m hearing a data signal on 461.475 DCS346 from Chester Co.
Anybody able to decode it? TIA!
Said data signal as documented in the RRDB. Don't believe there's much (if anything) to decode from CompuLert. But as long as the sirens understand it, we're good
I've sat in the neighboring Philly premium outlets lot in the past and scanned through these simplex frequencies. Never heard anything from them though. Not sure if the plant operates on the fully encrypted Exelon system or not but, I'm sure ops would be fully encrypted whether there or not...

LGS operates on the 500 (T-Band) splits. There primary antenna system is internal to the plant, which means that very little RF is eminated outdoors. They are P25 Phase 1 conventional. Yes the 461 frequency is for the EP siren system that transmitter is standalone at another site. Coatesville can also control the EP sirens in case of evac is necessary.
