Need some help regarding Butler County 800MHz radio system. I spent a day and one-half at Cassoday, KS and I thought I had the correct control frequency and Talk Group ID's to hear Butler County Sheriff, EMS, Fire and El Dorado PD but there wasn't much traffic. I'm sure I wasn't picking up all the traffic on these TGs. Should I be able to hear all the traffic for these agencies when in Cassoday providing I have the correct Control Frequency and TG IDs (below)?
