Local water company issue

I have a water company about a quarter mile from my home. They send out some kind of signal to check levels or something of tanks from what I gather. They are however swamping my RSPdx and causing from 155-160mHz to be with bleedover and that is where many scanner frequencies are located. Any way to fix this?
