Log in in Forums problem

For over a month I couldn't log into the Forums on computer and phone. There is a time I can log in for a second than logs out or if I'm logged in and I have a message I click on it and says you must be logged in. This is the first time I was able to log in on computer today. While I was on vacation last week and this week away from home couldn't log into my phone.

I have been both a member and a premium member over the years but in recent years I've been a premium member. Using the new format.

If you're trying to log into the forums but you're not logged in as a member you may have to do that first. I remember a second login after logging in as a member was logging into the forums also.

As a premium member I've noticed that if I'm logged in as a premium member when I go to the forums there isn't a secondary login that I have to do but I could be asked for a login to do streaming. You may be asked to log into Wiki also.

I'm sure somebody will come along soon enough and straighten it out for you here.

I tried this morning on my phone still can't log in when I do the steps to log in and nothing happens like I never logged in. I can go on computer with no issue since yesterday.

Strange, like I say as long as I'm logged in to radio reference I am not asked to log in to the forums as a premium member which you are also.

I have an Android phone with Samsung internet as my default but I also use Chrome, I assume that you've cleared all your tabs and have restarted your phone?

I'm using a iphone I've have cleared the cookies and stuff and phone off and restart. I'll try again see what it does.

Yeah something tells me this is something simple. Mod says everything okay with the account.

I haven't used Apple since I retired from the newspaper I worked at where we did all photo and art on Apple computers. Keep us informed what happens!

It's obviously an issue that has to be resolved one way or the other as you are a paying member.

But since the OP posted yesterday, Friday, that timeline doesn't match up.

Yes been using Safari been using this for years never had a problem til sometime in Sept.

I see Maintenance on FCC DB side just not the forums side.

I even try to log into firefox on the phone and still can't log in. I don't know what is going on.

I was able to log in with desktop til last week. I can’t log in on desktop on Firefox and Edge. Today I downloaded opera to my phone and I can log in. Here’s a screen when I use Firefox and Safari on phone. I also tried laptop same issue not able to log in.

Wed afternoon I wasn't able to log in on phone using Opera Browser app. I got home Fri and downloaded the Opera to the desktop couldn't log in at all. Just a few mints ago I'm in on firefox on desktop. I did email support Fri waiting on them to respond back.

Yesterday I went and bought a new hard drive and win 11 and loaded the win11 on hard drive and first went to edge and try to log in and nothing happen still says log in. I tried a few times just nothing. Than I went downloaded Firefox than try ti log in was doing the same thing edge did. I went downloaded opera browser something. Now my phone part some odd reason Firefox will work not sure how long this will last. A month ago I made a new account and I can’t log in the forums on phone or desktop and no browsers will work. I was dealing with support seems nothing is working they stated there’s nothing wrong on their end it’s on my end. I don’t know what’s going on than? Even a fresh drive and win 11 nothing. A few weeks ago I went to a friends house use their computer and tried to log in Firefox nothing than we tried were it took 20 times to get logged in than as so I send a message or reply on something kicks me out 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
I didn’t add no anti virus software no add in’s on the browsers. The test log in was after I installed win11.
