Logan County LE now encrypted

Logan County law enforcement talk groups are now encrypted except for SO46 (interop channel) and OSP POST 80.

SO46DSP (Sheriff dispatch, including villages) and BPDDISP (Bellefontaine Police) are both encrypted.

Not sure if or when this will change. Sad day for hobbyists. From my understanding Fire and EMS will remain in the clear.

Change is at the ballot box, look what happened in Marion County with Sheriff Matt Bayles.
