Logitech Squeeze Box

I'm not sure what you are asking here with regards to the "Media Server access" ?
The instructions for "Scanner Box" say 1. To install Scanner Box you must have a Logitech Media Server up and running. So if Logitech is making changes, wondering if this would affect the function of the Scanner Box app. I stream an audio channel and use the Scanner Box app to monitor my stream. I have added two more Squeeze Boxes for other monitoring. Hopefully the change will only affect the commercial radio stations.
All three of my Logitech Squeeze boxes will not connect to wifi at all, just started yesterday.

use "cloud" based $#!+, expect it to go away at the whim of the "cloud" operator.
When you live in The Cloud it's easier to get rained on.

I'm not sure what "internet radio tuners" work without a cloud service, I usually build such appliances out of a Pi or NUC.
Have you attempted to contact them through the forum?
I originally contacted them to blow off some steam, and see if they had better options than what they had two months ago. The posters there (volunteers) have been working on options to help. I’m surprised to say they I’ve actually improved my streaming experience using an Android-based version of their server applied to a phone I no longer use, and is also a player as my all-in-one solution. No more cloud, as it should be.
