Long Island Frequencies to Monitor from the CT shoreline

I will be on the Connecticut Shoreline soon in the Westbrook area and was looking for some tips on some stronger signals to monitor from Long Island.
I was thinking about the East Hampton motorola trunked system and Troop L.

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks,

Try 155.6850 MHz R (PL 146.2 Hz). It's Suffolk County's "Command Band" and it's patched to their county TRS. Very strong repeater.
