Hello all. As the title says, I'm in need of a new antenna. There a quite a few available. My current antenna is on a mast hooked to my brick chimney. It is about 20-25 feet up. The channels I can receive range from 19.1-59.5. Right now, they come in OK in nice weather. As soon as I get any interference at all, they are gone. The furthest broadcast tower is about 40-45 miles, but that is the one I have the least trouble with. All the towers are within about 25-30 degrees of each other. The closest tower being around 20-25 miles. Want to get this done before the weather gets bad. I'm sure I'm probably leaving out some details.
Any recommendations would be great.
Thanks.

I don't have any recommendations on an antenna. I'm about 15 miles from most of the transmitters and I put some POS Amazon Chinese antenna up in my rafters above the garage and get about 20 different stations.

With all the stuff that's happened to TV broadcast in the last few years, the old style antennas won't necessarily work as well. Figuring out what you need would probably best be done by looking at what others around you have.
Old antennas usually have the insulation material failing, as well as damaged coax from poor/lack of weather sealing. Probably need to get not only a new antenna, but new coax.

I'm using an RCA ANT-751. Its worked well for me even sitting behind the tv stand. Someday I'll get around to mounting it permanently lol if the antennas you're trying to pull in aren't spaced out too much it should work ok.

I have been working a lot lately so I have not been on the forums. I ended up going with the ANI AV 24-UV. It works very well for picking up the channels I want. It was a recommendation from a member here, p1879. Thanks guys.
