Scanlists have disappeared from scanner. When i try to scan , I get a message that says nothing to scan. All lists are on. was scanning earlier. Just disappeared.. Any help will be appreciated using computer, not manual. Thanks phil

Sounds like a SD Card issue. First thing I'd try is using EZ Scan select the option to prepare SD Card and reformat and load configuration and library again. If it works, it will probably be a temp fix and you should buy a new SD card.
Raleigh guy Thanks for the info. all i'm getting is a popup saying scanner communication error. This scanner in only a month &half old. Just use the same type off the shelf SDFcard, nothing special? Thank you. My PSR 500 still cranking . like brand new. Thanks again> Phil
Thanks the info. Tried that and all I get is a popup saying scanner communication error.. will try a new SDcard,.. scanner is almost brand new. Will any store bought Card work? MY PSR 500 still working fine. thanks for your assist Phil
First possible is you may need to reinstall the drive
Second possible is cable issue
Try reformatting/copying config from EZ Scan by putting the SD card (using adapter) directly into the computer, it is more reliable and faster.

Make sure the Scan Set containing those Scan Lists is on. If there is no communication, it probably is a SD card problem. Try reseating the card.
