I haven't monitored the Loudoun system before but it looks like the CC is on 851.8000 , the RR DB has the CC as 853.9125.

Yes, 851.8000 isn't listed as one of the control channels. Could you run the system through DSD+ and see what primary/alternate controls the system is reporting? Since it's a Motorola system, there should be one primary and three alternate controls. Thanks.

Looks like 851.8 on what? I'm listening with the CC on 853.8125. There is some sort of strange signal on 851.8 that sounds like a mix of P25 CC and other digital noises.

I was monitoring the Frederick County Md system yesterday evening, things were slow so I decided to look around a bit, found what appears to be a P25 CC on 851.8000, the NAC decodes as 372
