Does anyone know if a scanner is made with 1 to 60Hz scan ability? Or where could I have one built?

No, it's Hz, not MHz. I am trying to see if anything is at these low frequencies.

thanks much. I am trying to listen to my thoughts on a scanner.

Brain Area Bioelectric ResonanceFrequency Information InducedThrough Modulation
Motor Control Cortex 10 HZ Motor Impulse Co-ordination
Auditory Cortex 15 HZ Sound which bypasses the ears
Visual Cortex 25 HZ Images in the brain, bypassing the eyes
Somatosensory Cortex 09 HZ Phantom Touch Sense
Thought Center 20 HZ Imposed Subconscious Thoughts

A scanner as we know it in this forum is not what you would want. You need an audio upconverter to move sub audible frequencies to something you can hear. The end result is usually a constant tone (of your choice), which gets warbled and changes when low frequency activity is present. There are commercial devices for this and also plans for building simple converters if you’re into soldering.

Where did you come up with this information about brain activity frequencies? There is electrical activity in the brain but it takes place at a synaptic level. There is no receiver that is not in direct contact with your skull that will measure this electrical activity. It's called an EEG. :)

To prcguy: thanks much for the info. if I could get voice, not tones, it would work well for me.

To SAR2401: I got the info here.

From: http://www.iahf.com/nsa/20010214.html

RNM (remote neural monitoring) requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band.

Are you the guy who has filed this lawsuit? Or just someone who believes the NSA can remotely read, docode, and program your thoughts? In either case, the material at that link was biggest load of psuedoscientific hogwash I've read in years. I'm sure you've been told this before but you seriously need to seek some psychiatric help. Paranoia like this is what leads to mass shootings.

If you get the equipment to upconvert sub audible frequencies to audible your not going to hear any voices. Human voice has a band width of up to several thousand cycles per second and even a narrow whimpering mumble is probably a few hundred cycles wide. You can’t modulate any of this onto a center frequency of just a few cycles per second. What you can hear is slight changes in some of the body’s inner workings and the only thing I am familiar with uses a direct connection to your body. Good luck with your adventure.

So you get to listen to what would be displayed on an EEG, but in a manner that does not separate the various signals, and does not provide any meaningful information.

Cool, a new way for wackos to waste time and build superstitions and conspiracy theories.:twisted:

I didn't file the lawsuit. I just got the info.
Thanks for the info. You have saved me some research and $.
