LPE-200 for Albuquerque what talkgroups to program

I just received my LPE-200 103/203 and want to know what talkgroups to have programmed into it.
Besides these talkgroups:
Police:
530 Foothills
531 Northeast
532 Southeast
533 Southwest
534 Valley
535 Northwest
Fire:
1041 AFD Alarm

What else of interest should be programmed into the unit for RX only.

Also, do both sights 2 and 3 have to be programmed as well into the radio. I am just interested in Albuquerque not the county.

Just put site 3 in, and you can put what ever TG's you want to in it.

Just a few more questions.
I am getting this radio programmed by a professional.
The talk group selector Knob is locked and only goes to channel 8. When I get this programmed will this be unlocked so it goes up to channel 16?
How many talkgroups can be programmed into this radio? Can it only have a max of 16 groups?
I would like to have more than 16 talkgroups if possible.

You should be able to take the knob off, and there should be a washer that should be able to be removed. This washer is what is stoping the radio @ #8. Since I don't know how many memory slots your radio has, I can't answer the quesiton of how many you can get in it.

I would love to program this radio myself, but there is no way I would pay $2500.00 to program just 1 radio. I have no problem programming my pro-106 scanner manually.
I will have the radio tech take care of the channel selector knob for me. I'll give him a heads up to let him know it is locked. I am going to try and put in 32 talkgroups into this radio, but if it can't hold 32 groups then I'll just pick 16 for him to program.

Rover 16 is just another channel. I can't say I ever hear anyone using it.
