Has anyone else noticed that Lyons Township Area Communications Center (LTACC) is currently multicasting their fire dispatch traffic on STARCOM21 talkgroups 34485 (their legacy fire dispatch talkgroup) and 34486? Anyone know why this is?

I started noticing it this past weekend, only I forgot to post about it in the StarCom21 thread. Unfortunately, I have no clue why they're doing it.

I did notice this last week I also noticed that at least last week Brookfield would dispatch on 34486 and it would not simulcast on 33485 even though you can tell 33486 was a patch because unit IDs or Dispatch IDs were not showing up. But all other departments were simulcasting both TGs
I've been told that TG 33486 was unintentionally patched with TG 33485 and that the patch has since been removed. Mystery solved!
