Lynchburg PD: Signal Codes?

Hey, just wondering if anyone has noticed that Lynchburg Police has recently starting using signal codes, such as signal 1, signal 2, signal 3, etc. Anyone know what they mean yet or why they're using them?

All you can really do is listen to them and it shouldnt take long to figure them out. Hopewell PD used them a little bit but it seems as if they stopped and went to plain speach again though. I was able to pick up a few of them within the first couple of times of hearing them.
