MARCS I-Calls

Is anyone in the Northern Ohio area noticed the massive increase in I-Calls off of the Elyria and Grafton towers over the last few weeks? It has gone from maybe one a day to several an hour now. I have logged about twenty or so. Of those a few are used heavily. Some I have been able to tag as prison use or troopers, others are yet unknown.

How do I "hear" an I-Call on MARCS? I thought they (or "Private" calls) were hard to monitor.

I have a PRO96 and a PRO2096....

They are without a Uniden scanner.
