I am picking up server buzzing but I am not able to understand what they say. I get

What is the LTR? Do I need an upgrade from Uniden for this?

Your BCD563HP (If its the same as a BCD536HP) or your SDS200 should be able to do LTR.
According to the DB its just LTR...That said it could have gone DMR III Trunk. You really need to figure out the system first

I tend to agree with this statement. The license was modified with a 7K60FXW emissions designator in 2017, so the chances are good it's gone to DMR. If it is DMR, and you have a 536, or SDS, you'll be able to tell quickly if it is DMR or not, using quick search on the frequency.

LTR is still active on that frequency (just tried it) although the system much smaller than it was. Keep in mind that those are business band channels and the distance between licensees is much smaller than a public safety license. I don't see any for out your way if you are monitoring from Windham County however, there are some companies that are a bit "loose" with their licensing or if they bother at all.

I haven’t listens to that in a while, but I know at least earlier this year, probably sometime over the summer, I was still able to hear the LTR system and it was active primarily with the greater Hartford transit talk groups.
