DPS are running a special task force this weekend in Galveston County. S.T.E.P. Ops are on Digital Base A1 in open mode (155.4600). It seems to be a low power temporary repeater (I can barely read from downtown Houston area). Normal Texas City traffic is also on 155.685 and 159.210, both P-25.
