Is the old Aeromed 461.5250 completely dead? Is it used at all? I also get nothing on the airlife-3 461.9625 and airlife-5 463.4500 I do hear airlife-3 on the 451.5000 and I still hear lifeline 464.0000 I know they are on the P25 system I’m just trying to figure out what UHF freqs are still active

I don't have it programmed since they use Pinellas P25, so I couldn't tell you either way.

Areo med 4 Bartow uses the Polk county 800 P-25 System for Primary comms & Med 9 as a backup
Lifenet 5 used to use Polk just like Aero med & Med 9 as back up BUT Life net 5 is now Care Flight & I haven't heard them dispatched yet so I'm not sure where there using for Primary Comms
I have also heard Areo Med 1 & 2 on Polk tower once in a while

I’ve been seeing N393AA PHI AIR MEDICAL out of Sebring FL flying does anyone know what frequency they are using or dispatched on?

N393AA was previously registered as a helicopter, but that's outdated info. If you're using FlightRadar24 or other tracking apps, the registration data is likely not accurate. It's now a Cirrus SR22. The recent flight history also isn't consistent with being a medevac.

Flightradar24 app is what I was using thanks for clearing that up! Also AIRLIFE-3 has been on 451.5000 the last few days

What I pick up from Sarasota
451.5000 AIRLIFE-2 and I hear AIRLIFE-3 using it
461.5250 Aeromed ops with tone outs
Lifeline 464.0000 I also hear medtrans-1 on this freq

Still not sure if 463.4500 airlife-5 is still on the air PL 192.8

I scan all these areas on a monthly basis so there's a good chance I would have picked up something if it were there on a given year.
22 may not have any activity entry yet, as it could still be on a un downloaded scanner.

451.5 192.8 heard 16 17 18 19 no hits for 20 21 and 22

461.525 141.3 heard 16 17 18 (19 heard in Orlando) 20
451.525 DPL 226 unidentified - notes say helicopter background sound and Medical information relay 21 22
im thinking they switched PLs in 2020/2021 perhaps a change in ownership?

461.9625 192.8 (no hits for any years 16-22)
463.450 192.8 16 17 18 19 my notes from 2016 say "bayflight oldsmar" if i find any more hits for 463.45 ill update thread

451.5000 PL 192.8 has been active lately with AIRLIFE-3 using it yesterday morning and all weekend.

Perhapse This is a good place to put this. I was told that Airlife 4 will be going back to their original name of Bayflight 4 starting in May. It is unknown if they will be going back to being quartered at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Airport, or stay in Citrus County.

Update - As of last week they were again using the Bayflight name on the air.
