Don't know if anyone else has noticed a significant decrease in use of the Hospital (patient report) channels on the Fort Worth NTIRN sites. Believe it has to do with the use of Tablets to create a Patient File on scene and that information gets transmitted to the receiving hospital. Pulsara is one of the vendors for this product, don't know if it is the one that MedStar uses or not. Patient Reports have not completely gone away, even MedStar still calls some in by voice, but they are definitely fewer in number. Pulsara for EMS
