They are playing games, moving the dispatch channel - Channel 1 - around, probably testing out all their new frequencies.
Tonight, Saturday evening, 09/03/2011, it started out on 852.4625, and it was changed to 852.9625 sometime during the late evening. Very choppy reception though, many holes in the transmissions from base and mobile units.
