Not sure either, but the hems is totally different from hearns. Our's (hearns) works well in the U.P. My guess would be to go to the MSPCS database site and go to the individual section of Michigan counties and look it up there. I think that is where I got my group of freq's from??

No, MPSCS is a trunked system. That's not the same as HEARN frequencies.

My mistake, i meant to go to the Michigan Counties site where the MSPCS is also and look up the info.
