CSX Transportation
September 7, 2011 - Porter Branch and much of Northern Indiana.
October 11, 2011 - Lincoln Secondary and the Toledo Subdivision.
November 8, 2011 - All of Michigan.
Norfolk Southern
September 7, 2011 - Dearborn Division (Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio also included).
October 1, 2011 - Fort Wayne Division.
