Just got the Boom on 231.625 and a lot going on 281.4500 but haven't heard ids yet

Someone on DOJ 136.275 says report of active shooter not sure if on our base or another base.
Said it just came over the wire. Maybe an exercise? Comes back later and says."Understand not our base"

Yes small aircraft as also in the aircraft band.. DHS use. Heard mention of him id as 04
but not sure. There are a few freqs in that range for govt use.We used to call it the Fed air band.
