Missing Archive - Myrtle Beach, SC

I have been providing the feed for North Myrtle Beach Police Dispatch in Horry County South Carolina. An incident occurred 2/17/24 around 5pm in my community. The archive for that timeframe is missing. All logs I have access to show all systems operational and functioning without error.
I ask that server status logs be made available to be able to diagnose the loss of data. It looks fishy when only the archive of serious events are missing. This is not my first experience unable to explain missing archives.

stop this. Just stop. We NEVER delete archives, unless it is when a broadcaster accidentally broadcasts their local microphone instead of their scanner.

We had an outage for about 30 minutes. stop with the conspiracy fishy unable to explain accusations. I don’t like it.
