Missing TGID's

Ran my BCD996T in search mode for 24 hours with the logging software running and found the following talkgroups that are not listed (or I didn't see) in the Delaware database. Posting them with the hopes that someone might know who or what they are and maybe get the identifiers.

2130, 2136, 2200, 2328, 2648, 2680, 2712, 2840, 2904, 3346, 4464, 5360, 6232, 6384, 9392, 13296, 15280, 16400, 16656, 18032, 19248, 19440, 22992, 23984, 27832, 27888, 28976.

All groups you listed are in the Delaware Database. For easier viewing click on the option of viewing in one table. The first eight or so listed are the talk group + the status bit of 8
designating encryption in use. 2672 N-troop 1 + status bit 8 = 2680
