I have placed one of my scanners online. You will need the free ProScan client software to monitor the scanner despite it having its own URL. The software is available at http://www.proscan.org.
My server is a small laptop computer, and it rebroadcasts visual and audible communications from a Bearcat 780xlt scanner connected to a professional discone antenna mounted above my home in Warrensburg. The scanner monitors Whiteman AFB aircraft communications, MSHP, fire/EMS, several aero medical channels, law enforcement agencies and other public safety agencies.
