Mobile Fire Rescue has awarded a new Fire Station Alerting System to Locution Systems < Locution Systems, Inc. >

The new system will provide automated voice dispatch and dual links to fire stations to ensure reliability. The system is currently in operation in many other cities .... Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, Palm Beach County, FL and several Canadian cities.

The system will integrate with the countywide EDACS system and should be in full operation in the last quarter of this year.
